LOADING WITH A VEHICLE - NEW PROCEDURE FOR 2025!

If you are arriving at the convention centre to unload or load your vehicle, you are required to book a time slot through the convention centre online vehicle booking system, Mobiledock. NO VEHICLE WILL BE PERMITTED ACCESS TO LOADING AREAS WITHOUT PRIOR BOOKING.

The link to book your loading and unloading time slots is below. Please ensure this is done well in advance.

▪️IMPORTANT▪️ When arriving for your pre-booked loading slot, YOU NEED TO GO TO DRAGON ROAD CAR PARK FIRST. Convention centre traffic staff will then guide you to the correct loading area of the convention centre. Address: Dragon Road Car Park, Dragon Road, Harrogate, HG1 5DB

Some notes:
       ▪️You need to book separate slots for set-up (Friday or Saturday) and breakdown (Sunday). You can book these at the same time.
       ▪️The system will ask which Hall you are setting up in. The convention centre names for each of our named halls are below:
                                 Comixology Hall = Hall A
                                 Redshirt Hall = Hall M
                                 The 2000 AD Hall = Hall C
                                 Bubbleboy Hall = Hall B
       ▪️High visibility clothing must be worn at all times in loading areas.
