Richard Starkings

Richard Starkings is the creator of ELEPHANTMEN, co-creator of THE BEEF with Shaky Kane, co-creator of ASK FOR MERCY with Abigail Jill Harding and is currently working on THE WHITE ROOK with Abigail. He has lettered LOTS of comics including BATMAN THE KILLING JOKE. As you read this, he is probably having breakfast at Betty’s.
